昭和43年9月以来オリコンで、のべ１７週間１位（１２週連続1位、一度「今は幸せかい」（佐川満男）に抜かれるが翌週から再び５週連続１位）を取り、ダブルミリオンとなった名曲「恋の季節」ピンキラは昭和歌謡史に燦然と輝いている。
今陽子さんと言えば、ピンキラ時代のテレビドラマ「青空に飛び出せ」のキャンピングカーが忘れられません。
ああいう車が欲しかった（笑）
